I’ve always loved animals and a few years ago I started to be interested in the vegetarian and vegan diet. Intensive farming, in addition to being terrible for animals, that are deprived of their life and nature, are also very polluting, so we should at least reduce our consumption of meat. In these 30 days I will try not to eat meat or fish, and I hope to carry on this habit forever

Hi, thank you! My goal is to become a 90% vegetarian: actually I chose this challenge because of my love for animals, but at the same time I love meat very much, so I think that I will continue to eat it, but only in special situations. I think that, if approached well, this change is not too difficult: the key point is not to experience it as a renunciation but as a discovery. By trying new foods and new recipes we will not even realize that we have eliminated meat and fish from our diet. I really hope to achieve this result. Best, Beatrice Respond
