The challenge ended yesterday and today without even realizing it I still prepared vegan meals. I am very happy because it means that I have acquired this habit. I kinda miss the flavor of meat, so I think I will eat it one of these days, but I’m sure that from now on I will have no problem minimizing meat consumption
I am proud to have completed this challenge both because it was a change that I had been planning for some time and because it gave me the opportunity to discover new flavors and new recipes!

Hi Beatrice, CONGRATULATIONS!!! You did it!!! That’s 30 days of change and acting for the future. It sounds like you've really developed a new habit. And you reflected on the culture and norms around you. Brilliant! Your posts remind me that things are not black and white or all or nothing. That we can still occasionally eat meat and that's fine and it's still a huge benefit for the environment. Every bit helps. It's your choice, which you chose consciously and because of that it's more likely to last. Many of us have a tendency towards "either/or" thinking. It's not always helpful, especially when faced with a wicked problem like climate change and environmental degradation. So at the end of these 30 days do you have any other new ideas about how change happens and how it might be scaled up into bigger changes in your local area or city? It was great to meet you through the challenge. Well done! Best wishes, Leonie at cCHANGE. 🙂 Respond
